Established in 1997, as a result of the amalgamation of the Townships of Burpee and Township of Mills, to be known as the Township of Burpee-Mills. Historically, these townships date back to the 1870's. With an ongoing sense of great pride, it is a small community of 330 people. There are many bountiful farms in the area. It is a very community oriented, family friendly area.
